STAYING CONNECTED DURING LOCKDOWN…AGAIN! 

At Norfolk Nordic Walking, lockdowns have not meant STOPdowns.  We have kept engaged, motivated, connected AND fit as fiddles through our daily ZOOM sessions AND our third Race Across the World Challenge (where in Jan and Feb 2021 we ‘individually’ walked a total of 6340 ‘collective’ miles from Panama down to Argentina.

Never the ‘same old same old’ we have a diverse daily mix of LIVE virtual Zoom classes to keep everyone on their toes – from Stretch ‘n’ Flex sessions, Yoga, Smoveys, gentle workouts, cardio Body Blitz, the 11 minute Go For HiiT Challenge to Chi Relaxation Therapy and Tone, Flex and Go Wake-Up Workouts!  

For those who miss the lively banter, chat and laughter from our walks, we also have BLC Club (Book Look Cook) to discuss film/tv/book reviews and who’s cooking what to the ever popular weekly ‘More or Less’  Quiz fun – where questions like, “Does a pint of Heineken have MORE or LESS calories than a McDonald’s Cheeseburger?” get us pondering on the lighter side of life!  

It’s good to stay connected… and keep smiling.  Lockdowns will end AND then we can get back to this…
