Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am a Nordic Walking UK Instructor based in Norwich. My previous career was in education, but my fundamental passion lies in health, fitness and wellbeing. To be able to encourage people to find an exercise that they enjoy and which makes them feel great, both inside and out, is what it’s all about.
I have always loved being outside, whether that be cycling, marathon running or simply walking the dog. However Nordic Walking has been like a revelation – as it is so much more than just exercise. It has helped me to understand how I can improve my circulation, back health, posture, core strength and stress levels- and it is this that I want to pass onto others. If you want to get fit, tone up, trim down and have fun at the same time – Nordic walking ticks all the boxes – it’s amazing.
No matter what your age or fitness level, it’s the perfect all-round approach to feeling good about yourself. It’s also a brilliant way to explore our gorgeous Norfolk countryside, meet new people and embark on new walking adventures. I absolutely love it!
